GOLD, SILVER, AND BRONZE MEDALS FROM THE EAST ASIAN CHAMPIONSHIPS

Students of Mongolian National University of Education (MNUE) delivered an outstanding performance at the 3rd East Asian Ju-Jitsu Championship, held at Aichi Budokan in Nagoya, Japan, on May 30–31, 2026, winning one gold, one silver, and one bronze medal.

The championship served as a test event for the Ju-Jitsu competition of the 20th Asian Games, which will be hosted in Aichi and Nagoya, Japan, in 2026. It was also recognized as the official regional championship organized under the auspices of the Ju-Jitsu Asian Union (JJAU).

M. Nandin-Erdene, a first-year student of the JUMP Coaching Program at the School of Physical Education of MNUE, claimed the gold medal in the U21 -63 kg division, proudly bringing honor to Mongolia on the international stage.

In the Adult -57 kg division, MNUE master's student G. Mongoljin earned the silver medal, while O. Altanzul, a first-year student of the JUMP Coaching Program, secured the bronze medal in the Adult -69 kg division.
