MNUE Approved the New Composition of the Academic Council

By Order No. A/144 issued by the Rector of the Mongolian National University of Education (MNUE) on April 21, 2026, the new composition of the University Academic Council was officially approved.

The Academic Council is the highest representative academic body responsible for discussing and making decisions related to the university’s education, research, development policy, intellectual property, and quality assurance activities. The Council operates in accordance with the “Regulations of the Academic Council of MNUE.”

The newly approved council consists of scholars, professors, and researchers selected from the constituent schools and administrative units of MNUE. Professor J. Batbaatar, Ph.D., Rector of MNUE, will serve as the Chair of the Academic Council, while Professor B. Khoroldagva, Ph.D., Vice Rector for Research and International Cooperation, has been appointed as the Deputy Chair.

The new Academic Council is composed of 45 members representing the Schools of Social Sciences and Humanities, Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Educational Studies, Teacher Education, Fine Arts and Technology, Physical Education, and Preschool Education of MNUE.

The renewal of the Academic Council is considered an important step toward strengthening academic governance and advancing the development of education, research, innovation, and scholarly activities at MNUE.Representing the School of Physical Education on the Academic Council are Associate Professor B. Bat-Otgon, Associate Professor Sh. Enkhburen, Ph.D., and Associate Professor B. Narmandakh, Ph.D. The newly appointed members participated in the first meeting of the MNUE Academic Council held on May 20, 2026.
