MNUE SCHOOL OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION HONORS OUTSTANDING ATHLETES AND COACHES AND WELCOMES NEW STUDENTS

The School of Physical Education at Mongolian National University of Education (MNUE) welcomed and honored distinguished athletes and coaches who achieved outstanding results during Mongolia’s National Naadam Festival.

The special meeting was attended by B. Battulga, a 2011 graduate of the MNUE School of Physical Education and holder of the prestigious national archery title Ülemj Darkhan Mergen; B. Gonchigsüren, an International Master of Sport, member of Mongolia’s National Judo Team, and holder of the national wrestling title Nachin (Falcon); and Ch. Boldbaatar, a master’s student at the MNUE School of Physical Education and a coach of Mongolia’s National Judo Team.

During the meeting, the distinguished guests shared their experiences in competitive sports and professional training with newly enrolled students. They emphasized the importance of discipline, perseverance, resilience, consistent effort, and commitment to achieving one’s goals, while offering valuable advice and encouragement to the students.

The meeting provided new students with a valuable opportunity to learn directly from accomplished athletes, coaches, and alumni. It also helped them gain a deeper understanding of the values and responsibilities associated with their chosen profession and encouraged them to approach their studies and future careers with determination and purpose.

PHYSICAL FITNESS TRAINING FOR NEWLY ENROLLED STUDENTS CONTINUES

Physical fitness training is currently underway for more than 300 students newly enrolled at the MNUE School of Physical Education for the 2026–2027 academic year.

The training program focuses on improving students’ overall physical fitness, endurance, and movement skills while also fostering discipline, teamwork, organizational skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.

The MNUE School of Physical Education has a long-standing tradition of preparing highly qualified professionals in the fields of physical education and sports since 1955. At the beginning of each academic year, the School organizes activities designed to help newly enrolled students adapt to the university environment, become familiar with the characteristics and expectations of their chosen profession, and strengthen their physical and psychological readiness for their studies.

Through physical fitness training and meetings with accomplished athletes and coaches, the new students have begun their university journey by embracing the values of discipline, teamwork, perseverance, and professional responsibility while drawing inspiration from the achievements and experiences of leading figures in Mongolian sports.
