MNUE Athlete Wins Gold Medal at the 1st Nanchang International Open

Mongolian Team Wins Gold and Bronze at the 1st Nanchang International Open

Nanchang, People's Republic of China – The 1st Nanchang International Open, held in Nanchang, China, from June 26 to 29, 2025, brought together athletes from around the world to compete in Aerobic Gymnastics. Representing Mongolia, lecturers and students from the School of Physical Education, Mongolian National University of Education (MNUE), together with athletes from GAINER Club, delivered an outstanding performance, winning one gold medal and one bronze medal.

The competition was organized for the first time with the aim of promoting the development of Aerobic Gymnastics and strengthening international sports cooperation. It featured competitions across youth and senior age categories, attracting participants from numerous countries. The event also marked one of the major international gymnastics competitions hosted in Nanchang and served as the city's first international open tournament in preparation for future world-class sporting events.

Results of the Mongolian Team

  • Orgilbold B. (Student, School of Physical Education, MNUE) – Gold Medal in the Senior Men's Category

  • Saikhanaa Z. (GAINER Club) – Bronze Medal in the Boys 12–14 Age Category

  • Urangoo N. (Student, School of Physical Education, MNUE) – Competed successfully in the Senior Women's Category
