THE RESULTS OF THE “RESEARCH STUDENT–2026” PROGRAM RECOGNIZED ON THE INTERNATIONAL STAGE

The 11th International Scientific Conference of the Misheel Institute for Young Researchers, “Study and Develop–2026,” was successfully held in Busan, Republic of Korea, from June 3–5, 2026.

This international conference was organized in celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Consulate of Mongolia in Busan, Republic of Korea. It brought together academics, researchers, and students from more than 30 universities across five countries, including Mongolia, the Republic of Korea, China, Japan, and Poland.

A total of 80 research papers were submitted to the conference, including 56 online presentations, 8 poster presentations, and 17 onsite presentations. The conference featured extensive academic discussions and scholarly exchanges over two days.

Representatives from the School of Physical Education of the Mongolian National University of Education (MNUE), including the top participants of the “Research Student–2026” program and faculty members, achieved outstanding success and demonstrated their academic excellence on the international stage.

Achievements

Faculty Research Presentation Category

S. Munkhnasan, Lecturer of the Department of Professional Sports Theory and Methodology, School of Physical Education, MNUE, was awarded First Place.

Student Research Presentation Category

B. Enkhsuren, a third-year student majoring in Sports Tourism, won First Place and was recognized as the Best Student Presenter.

These achievements represent a significant outcome of the “Research Student–2026” program implemented by the School of Physical Education, MNUE. Throughout the two-month program, participating students developed essential research competencies, including formulating research topics, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing and defending scientific presentations. The success achieved at this international conference clearly demonstrates the effectiveness and impact of the program.

The “Research Student” program aims not only to engage students in research activities but also to cultivate research-oriented thinking and prepare young professionals capable of competing in the international academic community. The results achieved at this conference provide strong evidence that these objectives are being successfully realized.

It is also noteworthy that Dr. (Ph.D.) O. Bold-Erdene, Director of the School of Physical Education, MNUE, served on the conference organizing committee, making an important contribution to strengthening international academic cooperation and advancing research development.
