First-year students enrolled in the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Physical Education Methodology and Sports Management at the School of Physical Education, Mongolian National University of Education (MNUE), visited the Mongolian National Olympic Committee (MNOC) as part of their Introduction to the Profession course.
The students, who represent the first cohort of the newly introduced program for the 2026–2027 academic year, had the opportunity to learn about the MNOC’s organizational structure, key functions, historical development, and its role in promoting the Olympic Movement in Mongolia. They were also introduced to the origins, development, fundamental principles, and core values of the Olympic Movement.
During the visit, the students toured the Olympic Museum, where they explored the history of Mongolia’s participation in the Olympic Games, the achievements of Mongolian Olympians across generations, and the rich heritage and traditions of the country’s sporting history.
This educational visit provided a valuable learning experience for future physical education specialists and sports managers. It enabled students to deepen their understanding of Olympic values, gain practical insights into the structure and operations of a national sports governing body, and connect their theoretical knowledge with real-world professional practices.
The School of Physical Education at MNUE is committed to enhancing students’ professional competencies, leadership skills, and knowledge of sports management and administration by integrating practical learning experiences and field visits into its academic programs.
