Administration and Academic Council
Currently, the School of Physical Education of MNUE operates with a Program Office and four academic departments.
The school administration includes:

- Head of Program Office: G. Battsetseg (Ph.D)
- Accountant: M. Narantsatsral
The heads of departments are:
- Department of Theory and Methodology of Professional Sports: B. Narmandakh (Ph.D)
- Department of Physical Education and Rehabilitation: Sh. Enkhburen (Ph.D)
- Department of Individual Sports: B. Bat-Otgon (Ph.D), Associate Professor
- Department of Sports Games: L. Narantuya, Honored Athlete of Mongolia
Academic Council
Members of the School’s Academic Council are elected through a secret ballot by the faculty members, in accordance with institutional regulations. Since 2017, the composition of the Academic Council has been renewed every three years.
